The Future of History

Port McNicoll, a former Canadian Pacific port, is located across Severn Sound from Georgian Bay. Skyline’s vision is to have Port McNicoll re-emerge as a waterfront town and important gateway to Georgian Bay and the 30,000 Islands with the following key features: As a recreation-based development centred around a dynamic mixed-use core, this project will be built in the timeless architectural tradition of Central Ontario maritime towns and continue this theme of the first phase of waterfront homes. The development will connect residents and visitors to the area’s natural amenities through water-based recreation and education, and will be invigorated throughout the year with recreational, educational, artistic, cultural and commercial activities for residents and for visitors coming by water or land. At the heart of the development will be Harbour Town, a lively mixed-use centre featuring a Yacht Club and Marina. Harbour Town will be planned to accommodate specialty retail shops, cafes and restaurants.
